Shipping policy

All orders ship from either stanbul, Turkey or New York, USA. We ship all packages with tracking and take full responsibility for the shipment until it is marked "Delivered" by the postal service. Lost or stolen packages will not be replaced at the expense of By Way Of, though we are happy to assist our customers in filing a claim.

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for all orders to ship from the time the order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please be sure to take note of the shipping times as it may change from product to product.

We ship worldwide, with shipping rates calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.

Please note that all customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the shipping cost or order total and may be collected upon delivery.
