Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping
All domestic shipping is free of charge. Our pieces are made to order therefore, please allow 7-10 days from the order date for manufacturing and shipping. Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. We are only able to ship out on weekdays. Please plan accordingly when you place an order.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped express with FEDEX or TNT with a flat rate of 10$. All orders above 300$ qualify for free shipping. Our pieces are made to order therefore, please allow 7-10 days from the order date for manufacturing and shipping. Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. We are only able to ship out on weekdays. Please plan accordingly when you place an order.
Duties
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world, but are not responsible for VAT or other import taxes and fees you may incur via your local customs office. Should you refuse your order at the time of arrival or should you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to the vendor and we will charge the customs fees plus return shipping costs to your account. In the case a buyer did not claim the package By wayof does not send replacements.
Return Policy
Our online store gladly accepts returns and refunds unworn and undamaged products. Please e-mail info@bywayof.com with your order number and send the pieces with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense to our studio in Istanbul. The package must reach our store within 14 days. This timeout starts from the date the package was delivered to you. Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. Make sure the merchandise you return is not used, damaged and still in its original packaging. Otherwise, the package will be sent back to you with no expense. If you do not wish to receive the products, we shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the amount already received. For your return to be processed, please allow 3 to 7 business days beginning from the arrival of your parcel to our studio. Please note that for security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.
